USS Pandora Welcomes New Chief Engineer

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I would like to announce the arrival of Lieutenant JG William O'Donnell, the USS Pandora's new Chief Engineering Officer. Lieutenant JG O'Donnell comes to us with some interesting personal and professional experiences prior to his arrival aboard the Pandora. I look forward to serving with him as we continue our relief efforts on Nerus V.
