| Physical Description | Kell has a tall build at 6'6", working out alot gives Kell a very athletic body. He has Bright blue eyes that match with his Blonde, almost Dirty blonde hair. While on Duty, Kell wears a Duty Vest with a Marine Duty Jacket overtop, allowing him to be prepared for any sistuation. In his current Capacity in the Marine/Starfleet cross training program, Kell holds a Starfleet rank, however he still prefers to wear his Marine Green. While Off duty, Kell prefers to wear a leather jacket, with a T-Shirt and jeans. |

| General Overview | Kell is a strong tall man that you would want on your side in a bar fight. He's a very outgoing man who loves to meet friends, good friends too. He is easygoing and trustworthy. He is easily annoyed though, and sometimes quick tempered. He is quick witted, and can easily hold a conversation with any kind of person. A quick learner, Kell can easily go into another department and be able to help out. It helps that he can easily follow orders and directions as well. |

| Personal History | ~Child Hood~ Kell was born in Vancouver, in what used to be Canada, on Earth. Born to a Starfleet Father and a Doctor Mother, Kell has seen many different things in his life and experienced everything he has wanted to experience. For the first years of his life, He grew up playing in Stanley Park, and on places like Whistler Mountain and Grouse Mountain. He was a medium student in school, a C+ to Low B range, but he was on all of the Sports teams, the School Soccer, Football, Basketball, and even the Golf Team. You name it, he did it. As he went higher though, Kell cut those to just Soccer and Golf, deciding he wanted to focus on the sports he loved. The one subject that He got an A in though was History, he loved to learn about it. The one thing he learned though was that the Military was a defining feature in history, the ones that defined who was the victor and wrote the History he loved. So, he decided when he graduated, he want to join the Marines. ~Boot Camp~ Upon Graduation, Kell applied for Marine Boot Camp, and the Officers Candidate Program. This meant if he did well enough, he might become an officer. For the first few months, Kell was in the middle of the pack, not the best, but not the worst, one thing he did excel at though, was the Physical aspects of the Training. He constantly scored in the top times for the Courses and runs. In his 3rd year, Kell was finally in the area where he qualified for the Officer Candidate Program. For the last 2 years he went through the Officer Program, Graduating in the middle top of the pack, with Solid B's. For his first assignment, he was sent to the USS Lexington. ~USS Lexington, NCC-60813, Excelsior-Class~ Assigned as a 2nd Lieutenant, and a squad leader, Kell did his job to the best of his ability, and he loved it. He got to explore the unknown, and play with big guns at the same time. As a leader, he was a natural, his squad loved him, and were one of the best in the Battalion. After a year in service as a Normal Marine Squad Leader, he was promoted to a 1st Lieutenant, and given the role of Marine Executive Officer. He would serve another year on the Lexington as the Marine Executive Officer before requesting a transfer to the USS Valkyrie. ~USS Valkyrie, NCC-60847, Excelsior-Class~ After being a Marine Executive Officer for little over a year, Kell requested a transfer to the Valkyrie, where he would be the Marine Executive Officer under Colonel Jamson, one of the foremost Marine Tacticians in the Fleet. Kell however would not serve more then a year under Colonel Jamson. Though very en lighting to his overall knowledge of tactics and strategy's, Kell was accepted into a new program between Starfleet and the Marine Corps where he would serve on a Starfleet ship in a Security Position to broaden his horizons and knowledge of fleet operations. |
