Computer! I'm not going to keep you long. I think I'm probably too excited to spend the rest of my afternoon talking to a computer about what's just happened!

As I've mentioned I met with Christophe earlier who had been assigned to the Elyshan border on one of the scouting patrols. It's now been established that he was reassigned in disgrace and the Federation News Service were looking for someone else to take his place.

Aside from the fact that it should have been given to me in the first place, I'm delighted because now ol' Johnson's reassigned me from the Pandora to long range scout vessel Union who are assigned to patrol the Elyshan border!

I'm a bit sad, to be honest though. I was just starting to settle in on the Pandora and was looking forward to seeing how the crew would react to a new class, a new assignment and a new life amongst the stars. However, I'll be following their progress with interest. That is if I don't get blown into a million pieces by the Elyshans.

Still, onwards and upwards!
