Chief Medical Officer's Log, Stardate 63820.4...

It has come to my attention that the Mark X EMH has deliberately injured one of the crew; a boy, no less: Aris Ibanya. He sustained a minor soft-tissue injury when she pinched him; hard enough to leave a significant welt I'm told.

Doctor Haelen treated the boy on site, then restricted the Mark X's program activation sequence. And rightly so; I believe she could be dangerous, though without intent. I couldn't speculate whether it's a malfunction or a design flaw, but something seems to be... wrong with her. This has been confirmed with others who have interacted with the Mark X. As such, I'm maintaining the lock-out on her program until further investigation can be made by programming specialists from Engineering.
