Now Entering the Holiday Season

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I understand that the holiday season can be a very busy time for many of us. Our work loads are increasing to accomodate all the usual activity of the holidays and we travel to visit friends and family. We often find ourselves with less time to dedicate to the simming world during this hectic time of the year.
It has always been my policy to maintain an open door and I would like to take an opportunity to extend an offer to each and every one of you this holiday season. I will never argue the importance of simming commitments over those of our real lives, but I want all of you to remember that we are a simming community and that this community relies on the participation of its members to carry on. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about what is going on in the mission or about a joint post you're working on, or about the development of your character, please contact me and we can talk about it. If you're finding that your work schedule is getting really busy or you plan to travel and you need a little extra time, please let me know so that we can work something out.
I feel that it is my duty, as the commanding officer of this simm and as a fellow simmer, to be there for you guys when you need me, whether it is in character or out of character. I want to see each of us succeed...to succeed as a simm. We've done some pretty great things in the past, but if there's a direction you'd like to see us go, I'm always open to new ideas. What is it that I could be doing to better serve you?
That said, I'd like each member of the crew to contact me as soon as possible to let me know what your current situation is and where you'd like to see things going. I want to know how I can help to make the Pandora a simming experience that you will enjoy. No matter how strange or crazy it might be, I want to hear it. I'm going to ask that each crewmember submit an email or private message to me by 15 December 2010 (no later than 18 December 2010) to let me know where we stand.
This simm and its members (you guys) are very important to me. I cannot begin to describe how much I have enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you both in character and out of character. It is my hope that we can continue to have such a strong relationship as we move into the New Year together.
